List LinkedIn campaign contacts (paginated)

GET
Returns a page of the campaign recipients. Pagination is 0-based; perPage defaults to 20 (min 10, max 10000). The response envelope is { success, list, count } (NOT { contacts, total }). event filters by status and accepts either an array or a single string (unlike the email variant which requires an array). New integrations should use the multichannel /advanced campaign endpoints instead.
