Enable the warmup of a mailbox
POST
Starts the warmup of a mailbox. Requires an active subscription. providerId accepts the email provider id or the warmup id. The mailbox connection is tested first. Some hosts are refused (WARMUP_PROVIDER_UNSUPPORTED). A warmup disabled for incompatibility can only be reactivated a few times.
