Schedule a campaign start

/advanced/campaigns/:campaignId/planned-start

Plan the automatic start of a campaign at a given date, or cancel the plan already registered.

The date must be in the future, and the campaign must already be ready to start: the same checks as Start a campaign are run when the plan is registered. Send plannedStart: null to cancel a plan.
