Start a campaign

/advanced/campaigns/:campaignId/start

Start a campaign and schedule its first actions.

The campaign must have at least one identity, at least one recipient (15,000 maximum), a valid sequence, and the accounts of its identities must be connected. When one of these conditions is not met, the endpoint answers 400 with the reason.
