Update campaign contact lists

Attach one or several contact lists to a campaign, and optionally exclude lists from it.

This endpoint replaces the whole selection: send every list ID you want attached, not only the new ones. Use List all lists to get the IDs of your lists, and Get campaign details to read the current selection (recipients.lists and recipients.excludedLists). Sending an empty array detaches every list and empties the campaign.

The recipients of the campaign are recomputed on the fly: the contacts of the attached lists are de-duplicated by email and LinkedIn profile, and every contact whose email or LinkedIn profile appears in an excluded list is removed.

excludedLists is optional: when it is omitted, the exclusion lists currently set on the campaign are kept.

Unlike the other update endpoints, this one can be called while the campaign is running.
